What is Intuitive Massage?
Intuitive Massage is the name of my business. I give a hands on, medium to deep pressure massage utilizing my background in Hawaiian Lomilomi, Traditional Swedish, and a variety of other techniques. I use my intuition and what you tell me to guide your treatment.
A massage from me includes gentle stretches with arm and leg mobilization. I work deeply with my thumbs and fingers into the muscles of your back, neck, spine, and shoulder girdle to release upper body tension. I may stretch your hips and legs to release lower back pain. I will always give time to your hands and feet. Therapeutic massage does not have to be painful to be effective. I let the eyes in my fingers find your spots of tension. I like to integrate your entire body in your treatment, as well as focus on your problem areas.
