WHAT IS ZEN?
Zen is a spiritual doctrine that values meditation and intuition -- often equated with achieving a state of total relaxation.
BACKGROUND
Doria has been a licensed massage therapist since 2007. She received her certification from Georgia Academy of Massage in Martinez, Ga. She specializes in Swedish and Trigger Point massage.
Doria believes that massage therapy has many benefits, including relief from stress. Many of her clients seek relaxation therapy to deal with demanding careers as well as family obligations.
As an allied health professional, Doria is aware of the many facets of wellbeing. She believes in the power of good nutrition, proper rest, exercise and prayer.
Doria is a member of Tabernacle Baptist Church. She is also a community volunteer with non-profit agencies, including The Lydia Project, which supports women with cancer.
In her spare time, Doria enjoys attending cultural events, reading and spending time with family.
